Description:

Ann Villiers was the daughter of Governor Sir William Haynes Smith (1898-1904). She lived in Government House. The coolness of the Troodos mountains rendered them very popular to the British who designed various nature paths in the forest for walking. Ann Villiers portrays in this watercolour one such path.
