Description:

The Turkish Cypriot Cevdet Cagdas is an educationalist and museologist who painted extensively views of his country. The view of Dervish Pasha mansion renders the architectural style of Ottoman houses in Nicosia. The mansion is now a museum. The ground level is made of sandstone while the upper floor is made of mud brick covered by plaster. The house enjoys a large garden at the back which is surrounded by a wall.
