Description:
This is a view of Larnaca from the sea, one of many used in British and German periodicals of the time. The artist has made use of artistic license with reference to the mountains beyond but also as regards a few of the buildings on the sea shore. The grand entrance by the mosque with a superimposed pediment can not be identified.
