Description:

Turkish Cypriot wedding costume in four parts belonging to Ahmet Mulla Mehmet Arbata from the village Mari (Tatlisu), who was married with Afet Kabadayilar in ca. 1914-1915. Bright pink cropped waistcoat with long sleeves, collar and seven button closure in front. Jaquard style fabric - mix of brushed and shiny satin with swirling vines and small roses.
