Description:

The cartoon portrays British Prime Minister Disraeli in a dancing act with his Foreign Secretary Salisbury. The image alludes to the interplay between British domestic politics and the results of the Congress of Berlin. Although Salisbury was reputed to be in disagreement with Disraeli on the Anglo-Turkish convention, eventually he danced along.
