Description:

Botanical illustration of Onopordum cyprium including detailed diagnostic drawings of the various parts. Even the spiderwebs commonly found at the base of the capitulum are beautifully rendered. Onopordum cyprium is both indigenous and endemic to Cyprus and can be found in all parts of the island.
