This image depicts a fantastical scene of settlements on a coastline connected by winding bridges. Different ships are visible on the water and three men in various ethnic costume confer with each other over a drawing. In the background is the tower of Babel, sillohetted against a starry sky and a larger than life depiction of the planet Murcury
