This is Landscapes view of a spot in Cyprus at the foothills of the mountains. The artist uses vibrant colours thus creating a strong contrast between the red rooftops and the lush vegetation against a background of the colours of the east. It must be sunset when the mountains take up shades of pink and purple as the sun dips into the sea behind them.
