Concert: Komitas 155

Classical music concert dedicated to Komitas, who was an Armenian priest, musicologist, composer, arranger, singer, and choirmaster. He is considered the founder of the Armenian national school of music and recognized as one of the pioneers of ethnomusicology.
Soprano Sona Gargaloyan, accompanied by pianist Lilia Danielyan, will present the most popular songs of Komitas. Bariton Alex Moskofian will join them as a guest. Also, many young singers will have a chance to present their talents.
