The Chronicler from Lysi writes about this month:

It was a good year. From the 26 May until 10 June we had much rain which flooded the fields of cotton. There were scandals in Nicosia and the icon was taken back to the monastery. The rain continued for 27 days and there were deaths from a chickenpox epidemic. On the 20th Sophronios became Archbishop.
