Description:

George Fasouliotis was a cartoonist and worked with the satirical newspaper O Peirasmos (Temptation). This is a portrait of Yiangos Eliades. He was a well known personality of the intellectual circles of Limassol and a contributor to the newspaper. Eliades published his articles under the pseudonym Phaethon. The caricature must have been made in the 30s.
