Description:

The large canvas shows the well known silver-leaved trees of the island. The countryside is scattered with hundred year old olive trees which the visitors always stopped to admire, especially in the northern part of Cyprus. Baker captures successfully the grey-silver colour of the olive trees and the dry earth underneath them.
