As summer is at its peak, we dive deep into CVAR’s archive and reveal never-before-exhibited photographs of Cypriots enjoying life at the beach all over the island.

Starting from the 1930s up to the 1990s, we follow the trail of the locals while they visit the beach, swim, have a picnic, and, of course, pose for a photograph.

How was life back then?
How was the landscape from Kerynia to Paphos to Famagusta to Larnaca?
What did fashion look like?

Watch closely, spot the differences, perhaps reminisce, and definitely enjoy a trip back in time!
