This collection, including 42 black and white photographs, is a personal collection belonging to Police Officer S. Roberts, taken around the year 1950. The photographs depict Roberts and his friends during their leisure time in Cyprus, enjoying sites like Hala Sulatn Tekke, Salamis and the beach at Larnaca. The images that comprise the online collection were reproduced from the original black and white prints. The titles are based on physical inscriptions, where available, and are otherwise generated on the basis of identifying the people, places and events pictured. CVAR holds digital reproduction of the originals.
