George Boustronios recorded in his narrative, the Chronicle of Cyprus

George Boustronios recorded in his narrative, the Chronicle of Cyprus:

The news reached Nicosia that: “King James’ illegitimate daughter had been betrothed to King Ferdinand’s illegitimate son, and King Ferdinand had promised on all occasions the kingdom might need them to send 20 armed galleys with 300 foot soldiers for guarding the place, with King Ferdinand shouldering the expenses”.
